Our vision is to simplify the basic foundations of PV solar installation and accelerate its global deployment.
Our team has deep technical design expertise and significant experience developing solar racking components for utility scale solar projects. VesprSolar’s solar panel attachment technology, the V-ClampTM, is a two-time winner of the American-Made Solar Prize, recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy and NREL as a top 10 innovation in solar.
VesprSolar maintains a close partnership with the University of Oklahoma to develop next gen PV installation components. Its core technology, the VesprSolar V-ClampTM was conceived and developed by Dr. Andres Cavieres, Assistant Professor in the Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma. A recognized industry innovator, Dr. Cavieres has spent the last decade designing “smarter” solar hardware that makes PV solar installation faster, cheaper, and more ergonomic for installers. Dr. Cavieres has a Ph.D. from Georgia Tech, where he developed an expertise in Computer-Aided Design, Agile Prototyping, and Product Development.
